Stephen White

Dutch National Ballet (1984-1993)

Stephen White is a dancer from New Orleans who trained in the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts public high school program. He was a semi-finalist in the National Arts Recognition and Talent Search. It was after this that White joined the Dutch National Ballet in 1984 and danced there until 1993. He performed in The Swan Lake and Romeo and Julia, as well as in modern pieces such as Carolyn Carlson’s Shamrock, Nils Christe’s Prologue and Celebration, Maguy Marin’s Groosland, and Jan Linkens’ Social Dances.
