Harry Young was a member of Eugene Von Grona\u2019s American Negro Ballet. He appeared in the company\u2019s premiere in 1937<\/a> as well as their 1939 performance, which was accompanied by the New York Negro Symphony Orchestra. His fellow company members included Lavinia Williams<\/a>, <\/span>Alfred Bledger<\/a>, and <\/span>Edith Ross<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
