Marion Brown was a member of the American Negro Ballet<\/a>, which also featured Al Bledger<\/a>, <\/span>Harry Young<\/a>, and <\/span>Hazel Spence<\/a>. Brown appeared in several Broadway shows: <\/span>Gypsy Love<\/em> (1911), High Jinks <\/em>(1913), Lew Leslie\u2019s Blackbirds of 1939<\/em> (1939), and This is the Army<\/em> (1942).<\/p>\n
