In 1957, Jimenez joined Ward Fleming\u2019s New York Negro Ballet. She performed alongside <a class=\"ql-link\" href=\"https:\/\/mobballet.org\/index.php\/2017\/09\/05\/anthony-bassae\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Anthony Bassae<\/a>, <a class=\"ql-link\" href=\"https:\/\/mobballet.org\/index.php\/2018\/10\/01\/elizabeth-ann-thompson\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Elizabeth Ann Thompson<\/a>, <a class=\"ql-link\" href=\"https:\/\/mobballet.org\/index.php\/2017\/01\/14\/delores-brown\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Delores Browne<\/a>, and <a class=\"ql-link\" href=\"https:\/\/mobballet.org\/index.php\/2017\/08\/17\/cleo-quitman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cleo Quitman<\/a>.
