In 2017 Chyrstyn Fentroy sought out a change of pace. From New York, New York to Boston, Massachusetts, Fentroy shifted gears from her Principal title at Dance Theatre of Harlem (DTH) to Company Artist at Boston Ballet. She followed the path forged by Boston Ballet’s first\u00a0 black Principal ballerina Tia Jimenez who like Fentroy was a Principal dancer with DTH prior to joining Boston Ballet.On a steady climb\u00a0 Fentroy was promoted to Second soloist in 2018 and this year has been promoted to Soloist at Boston Ballet.
