Paulino began her dance training at the age of 4 and attended the Funda\u00e7\u00e3o das Artes de S\u00e3o Caetano do Sul and the Centro de Artes Pavarini. She was awarded first place in the solo category at the Joinville Dance Festival in both 2016 and 2017.
