RACHAEL PARINI, originally from Snellville, Ga., studied at the Lilburn School of Ballet, Atlanta Ballet, The Rock School for Dance Education and Shanghai Ballet. She has danced with the American Repertory Ballet, Nashville Ballet and the Washington Ballet.
Some of her favorite roles are Moyna in Edwaard Liang’s Giselle, Val Caniparoli’s Lambarena, George Balanchine’s Serenade, Theme and Variations and Rubies, Cygnets in Kirk Peterson’s Swan Lake, William Forsythe’s In the Middle Somewhat Elevated, Gustavo Ramirez Sansano’s 18+1, and Jerome Robbins’ Interplay.
Ms. Parini was a National Merit Scholar, a former intern with the Department of Homeland Security, and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, with minors in both Political Science and Italian.
