This level services organizations who have been engaged in the work, have had organizational training and consultation, and are interested in additional or continued support in specific areas: recruitment (admin/artistic), outreach, building partnerships with organizations of color, marketing strategies, etc.

Cohort Meetings:

Monthly cohort meetings debrief Curriculum of Change Modules. The focus of CdB meetings is to have members engage with the curriculum specifically through the lens of how their organization is approaching the subject matter. CbB members will be expected to share their policies, practices, and procedures, and their organizational methodology of addressing these topics. These should be considered working sessions where members are in a learning community of their peers. C2EC facilitators and Curriculum of Change subject matter experts are there to support and guide; however, members are there to work their tools for themselves.

Tools for independent Learning:

Curriculum of Change video and written materials developed curated by MoBBallet’s team of experts specifically for the coalition and its needs. All Curriculum of Change modules will be available in the MoBBallet Digital Learning hub, where members can study at their leisure and will be the roadmap to our cohort learning.

Peer To Peer Mentor:

In an effort to create a stronger sense of community, support our pillars of Transparency and Accountability, and in the spirit of The Village, C2EC promotes “each one teach one” by asking CdB members to mentor App members.

This will support each organization’s growth and development by requiring the mentor to model the ways of being for their mentee while helping them traverse the path to cultural competence and equity. CdB members will have an opportunity to own their growth and progress and share their learning.

MoBBallet Network:

Access and the opportunity to participate and collaborate in MoBBallet programming designed to provide opportunities for Black and Brown dancers, educators, choreographers, administrators etc. This is a vital component to learning how to create culturally competent and sensitive relationships within these communities. MoBBallet will be available to support our members endeavors as long as the organization is in good standing with their practices.
