Indianapolis Ballet: Soloist (2021-present)

Indianapolis School of Ballet | William Robinson — Indianapolis BalletWilliam is a native of Nashville, Tennessee where they began their training at Nashville School of Dance. After high school they furthered their training and education at Pace University in New York City, completing their Bachelors of Fine Arts with concentrations in Choreography and Pedagogy. While at Pace they performed works by Scott Jovovich, Lauren Gaul, Jess Hendricks, and Alexandra Damiani.

Robinson joined the company in 2021 and was promoted to soloist for the 2023/2024 Season. They have performed various roles including Melancholic Principal (Balanchine’s The Four Temperaments), Puck (A Midsummer Nights Dream), War and Discord (Coppélia), Trepak and Snow Soloist (The Nutcracker).

They have also choreographed works for the company and the school of indy ballet including (Donna) Summer at the Fringe (2022), Hip Hip Chin Chin (2023), and Boy from New York City (2021).

William is looking forward to another season with the Indianapolis Ballet.
