D’Artagnan Petty

D’Artagnan Petty was a member of Dance Theatre of Harlem. Petty was a part of the original DTH casts of Choo San Goh’s Variations Serieuses (1978), Domy Reiter-Soffer’s Equus: The Ballet (1982), the Pas de Dix of Raymonda’s Act III (1983), and David Lichine’s Graduation Ballet (1983). He stood out for the “clarity and fine detail of [his] dancing” in a 1983 performance of George Balanchine’s Allegro Brillante, as reported by The New York Times’ Jennifer Dunning.
