Nokomis Jefferson

Capitol Ballet

Nokomis Jefferson, a member of the Capitol Ballet, trained at the Jones-Haywood School of Ballet. He performed with the company at the Cramton Auditorium of Howard University in May 1964 and May 1968, the National Museum of Natural History in June 1969, and the Henderson A. Johnson Gymnasium at Fisk University in April 1970. Jefferson reportedly passed away on January 31, 2014.
